Sabaidee Pi Nong Kon Lao,Suk Sun Wan Phi Mai Lao! Our annual Lao New Year celebration is fast approaching and to coincide with the festivities Legacies of War is launching a Petition drive to implore the US Congress to increase funding to remove unexploded bombs left in Laos by the US from the Vietnam War.
