If you have an iPhone and want workouts on the go and a way to track your progress, check out the Nike Women Training (free) app. I've just downloaded it and completed my first set of workouts towards my Cardio goal. So far I'm loving it - and wanted to share this with anyone looking for a motivating tool to help them reach their fitness goals.

I WON!!!!!!!!!!Ran a race at work and came in first place in my division. Since I got the desk job 6-7 months ago, I've gain about 7 lbs. My solution was to go jogging 4 miles during lunch. I have 3 more lbs. to lose.

Went jogging in the heat today, but at least I did something to take care of myself. Going mountain climbing in the am.

I feel like if I don't workout, especially after work, I still feel at time stress. Working out 4 times a week for 2 hours a time has really help me reduced that and help keep things in perspective for me....Keep up the good work everyone!!

My new job has put a damper on my workout routine, but I never give up. I walk for 30 mins. during lunch, go to the gym after work 3-4 times a week, and hike up the mountain on the weekend. No matter what circumstances you are in, always make exercise you #1 priority.

I made some friends at the gym and sometime it's a humbling experience to go workout in public..lol My friend that I am working out with can easily bench over 350 pounds and I am struggling with 235 pounds. I'm going to get there though. I want to be able to bench over 300 pounds myself by the end of the year.
