Anybody hear anything about 2 Giant Snakes found in Laos?  One was caught or killed and when they open it up, there were 2 human body inside.  By chance and accident I ran into a photo of one from a person on facebook from Laos, but when I look at the date, it said August of 2008/2009, but this rumor is recent of to date.  Could this be the same story, that just broke thru?

No news = no news

I think this is similar to the dragon that was found in San Diego a years ago. lol
Actually, I heard about this last week when I arrived in Laos. Don't know about the facts behind it though.
I don't know about current news. But about 2-3 years ago this picture scared many people in Vientiane.

The Lao government had to step in and informed the people of vientiane that picture was a hoax
Yeah if they found a body inside a snake, it would be on the world news I assume. It's a pretty rare.
After re-evaluating this picture myself, I don't think it's as large as it may appear. At first glance, It looks gigantic compared to the people and cab of the machine, however, if you try to view this picture in perspective, there is no way the scooper will be that huge compare to the rest of the machine.

This pic holds up the snake with the machine extended towards the camera. The snake compare to the scooper is actually reasonable size. My personal estimation/guess is that the snake is the size of a man's leg.

Very large but not gigantic as it may appear.
No,i think it's way bigger than the legs, especially in the middle of a snake,i bet it make a lot of snake soup lol, Yum..Yum........

Yeah I think you're right about the perspective. It's a big snake, but this snake is bigger.

Wow that have to be the biggest snake in the world. I never see anything like it, they should've kept it alive.

HELLO TO EVERYBODY...

IN A FEW DAYS I GO BACK TO THE NORTH OF THAILAND AND LAOS TO MEET ONE MORE TIME MY LAO GIRFRIEND AND TO TRY TO GET MORE INFORMATIONS ABOUT THE CREATURES OF THE MEKONG...

FOR ME... I THINK AND BELIEVE THAT IT MIGHT BE SOME MADTSOIID SNAKES(S...) WHICH THE SPECIE SURVIVED UNTIL NOW...

Its a good thing that guy is wearing his best undies.  Maybe I've seen too many horror movies, but shouldn't his flesh be all melted or messed up pretty bad?

I mean look at him, looks like he's just napping.  that'll learn him to get drunk and pass out in the middle of jungle alone.
